We operate a booking system based on one-hour sessions, which allows you and up to two companions exclusive use of one of the five private gyms. You may book the same session(s) each week, or simply book a session when required.

If for any reason you are unable to attend for a period of time, any outstanding sessions will be held for you for up to one year from when you purchased your package. Membership of the centre is for life!
