Below is a list of commonly asked questions by new and existing clients, if you have a question please contact us.
Q: Am I tied into an annual contract with direct debits? A: No, most definitely not! We operate a unique system which means you only pay for what you use. We offer one hour sessions in blocks of 5,10 or 20, which are valid for 3, 6 or 12 months respectively. Alternatively you can choose 3, 6 months or 1 year packages, but this is up to you. There are no direct debits, you just pay for the package you want and use it as it suits you.
A: Yes, most definitely. We will show you how to use the gym equipment during your Induction. All our equipment is very user friendly and we are used to working with people who have never set foot in a gym before.
A: We can offer you a number of options, and our aim is to help find times to suit your circumstances. You can either contact us to make a one off booking at a time to suit you; or you can reserve a room for the same time and day each week - your room is then guaranteed, so you just turn up, no need to phone. We also have “drop in” times in the day when you can just turn up and we will guarantee you a room - if the rooms are busy, we may ask you to share, but this is rare. Q: Do you have to be a member of the centre to come to your studio classes? A: No, all you do is to pay for the class. Q: Don’t you just have people who are already fit who come to the centre? A: We have a whole range of people who use our centre, from those who have never or rarely exercised, to those who want to maintain their fitness or get fitter, right through to those who are very experienced.
A: We work with people with a wide range of medical and health issues, including blood pressure problems, arthritis, and those who are very overweight. Others are recovering from operations, have diabetes or heart problems. We always ask, though, that you have clearance from your GP to exercise.
A: Yes, we welcome all ages and are able to offer individual exercise programmes that take into account age and ability.
