Lifetime  Membership, Fitness Assessment and three Supervised Sessions £69

We currently have a limited offer where 2 people can share an Induction Package for a joint fee of £119 

Followed by a choice of:

8 x 1 hour sessions

Individual £66*   

Shared room £60* each

24 x 1 hour sessions £157*  

24 sessions shared room £141* each

6 month unlimited sessions £253*

One year unlimited sessions £429*

The above packages also include a supervised session to follow your progress .

*For those using the Centre exclusively at off peak times Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm 

a 15% discount will be given on prices indicated

Personal Training from £32

Outside venues

If you are unable to attend the Fitness Centre, or prefer a venue of your own choice, we can arrange for a Personal Trainer to visit and work with you at your home or place of work or other convenient venue.
