Time will be spent in the centre initially with a fitness assessment, which looks at your current fitness levels as well as discussing your aims and any medical and lifestyle issues.
We then draw up an individual exercise programme to help you achieve your aims, whether they are to improve health and fitness ,to lose weight, to achieve general conditioning or to obtain peak sporting performance. Whatever your aim, the fitness assessment provides a good indication of your exercise needs and forms the basis of your programme.
Three supervised sessions will follow the assessment and a Personal Trainer will take you through your individual programme, ensuring that you are comfortable with the routine and that you are able to use the equipment effectively and safely.
Beyond this, the choice is either to continue working with a Personal Trainer or to work on a self-managed basis, where advice and help is on hand if required.
