Ian has worked in the Fitness & Leisure industry for over 30 years now and is the owner of Wellow Fitness Centre. He has a wealth of knowledge & experience with working with a wide range of clients & abilities over the years.

Ian has helped clients with re-hab, from hip & knee operations getting them back to full fitness post op, he has also worked with many clients with medical conditions including clients who have suffered strokes returning to exercise.

Being a keen runner himself, Ian has trained clients to run anything from 5km to a marathon and has actually completed races with them (that’s dedication for you!) Ian, has the ability to work with those recovering from injury, wanting to lose weight or run a sub 3 hour marathon.

Eloise is the Deputy Manager here at Wellow Fitness, previously working for a large gym group where her focus was mainly Personal training.

She was nominated as one of the top personal trainers in the country after being involved in the British Colleges Schools Personal Trainer competition, where she won 1st place at the Regional competition and was awarded 2nd place at the National Final.

Eloise has a passion for fitness and nutrition and has a background of sport including, gymnastics, athletics, cross country, netball and ballet as well as other types of dance.

Eloise has lots of hands on experience of working with a range of clients or all ages & abilities; she specializes mainly in weight loss, flexibility, strength training and injury prevention and believes that no goal is impossible.

Zoe has worked in the fitness industry for over 17 years now, and has been at Wellow now since 2013, having previously managed a large health club in Surrey.

Zoe is very passionate about health & fitness and definitely practices what she preaches.  Zoe regularly trains at her local gym to compliment her running, she has competed for an athletics club over the years in middle & long distance events on the track, road & cross-country. and has just started racing with her dog in the cani-cross world.

Zoe would love to share her knowledge and expertise with you and believes anything is achievable for anyone if you do the right things and have the right mind set.

Sara currently trains a range of clients with and without disabilities to improve overall fitness. She has trained clients who have competed in The Great South Run, The New Forest Stinger and Park runs, helping them make the most out of their fitness and achieve their goals.

Sara also specialises in Memory-Body fitness and designs programmes so that clients exercise their brain (using memory) and their body respectively.

In her spare time, she also participates in fitness events and works towards personal best times.

Claire is relatively new to the fitness industry, having spent her early years in retail management before taking time out to have her children.

Now her children are grown up, she went back to college to gain her Personal training level 3 qualification.

Claire is very enthusiastic and is very keen on all round fitness incorporating Yoga & Pilates in to her own work-outs.
