Pilates is a complete body workout and especially good for core strength. The instructors are very professional and friendly. Clients are treated with respect and sensitivity of their individual needs are always met. There’s always plenty of parking and the centre is very clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are very helpful and on hand to assist you with any queries. You are made to feel comfortable and there are a range of classes for various abilities, plus other health support services and regular promotional offers.
