We have 4 bright and airy gym rooms available for Personal trainers or Therapists to hire.
All are equipped with the following equipment:
Treadmill, Cross trainer, Upright Bike, Rower & Stepper
Multigym, dumbells from 1kg-10kg, Medicane Balls, Kettle bells, Mats & Stability balls & Pads.
Rooms are equipped with fans and music systems.
Heavier dumbells & barbells are also available to use.
A perfect space for personal trainers to use with their clients.
There is also plenty of free parking outside the centre.

Studio
We have a bright and airy studio available for hire. It is suitable for a variety classes, 1:1 lessons, dance practice and personal training. There is a range of equipment available for use if required including, mats, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, swiss balls, medicine balls and more. There is also plenty of Free parking at the centre for yourself and customers.
